Conflict with MapPress Easy Google Maps

We installed WP Total Cache today, leaving most of the default settings, since we are pretty novice users. We are on a shared server, and were looking for a way to speed up our site a bit. After installing, our maps have disappeared from most pages, though not all. The Plugin we use for maps is MapPress. There are some other pages missing slideshows. In place of where the slideshow was it just says, “Javascript Required.” We just use the built in WP Slideshow option for those. Any ideas? I’d love to get this working rather than uninstall WP Total Cache without giving it a good try, but it seems we need some help to make things right. Our site is
