Conflict with Menu Editor plugin?

There seems to be a conflict with IP Geo Block and Admin Menu Editor (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/admin-menu-editor/) when IP Geo Block is active, selecting the menus in Admin Menu Editor just refreshes the page so you have to deactivate IP Geo block in order to use. Not sure if this is a problem with IP Geo Block or Admin Menu Editor
