Conflict with native Facebook follow

I’m trying to add a simple Facebook Follow-button to a web site that has WPSocialite installed, but there seems to be a conflict between them as the counter shows zero.
Tried exchanging the Follow-button with the short code for WPSocialite/FBLike for the same Facebook-page and the counter was then correct.
My problem: I don’t want this Follow-button to have lazy loading activated.
Is there a way to get around this conflict and have an instance w/o lazy loading? Worst case I can go with the Like instead of Follow.
