Conflict with NextGen Gallery

    I saw a previous post that had the same problem. Although the other poster cannot replicate his problem now, I have the same issue. When adding UAG Post Box to a page, I get an error when autosave fires.

    “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
    I disabled every plugin and If I deactivate NextGen Gallery the page will autosave normally. I do not have any NextGen Galleries on that page , only the single UAG block.

    If I save the page as “draft” manually, the error is not triggered.

    This also occurs with the Post Carousel but not with Advanced Heading.

    I have not tested other UAG Blocks

    Hello @badknees ,

    Could you please check the permalink setting from here?

    • Go to Settings >> Permalinks
    • Click the radio button to select Plain
    • Click Save Changes

    This a simple solution that works most of the time.

    This issue has been recreated by escalated support. It is being investigated.
