Conflict with Ninja Forms

    Good day,

    I recently had to deactivate CleanTalk on 10 of my websites due to conflicts with Ninja Forms. For some reason Ninja Forms will not submit when CleanTalk is active. Any assistance you guys can offer would be great.

    Site URL: There are 10 sites effected, I have disabled CleanTalk on all of them.

    Everything was working fine. The problem was in the displaying the message to the blocked subscribers. The good were passed.

    Good day,

    I have noticed that this update appears to work on some of the previously effected websites, but not all of them. The websites they still don’t work all have the same error as the above mentioned website.

    Good day,

    I have received your test inquiry…

    I have tried several different browsers and settings and it still doesn’t work for me. Is it blocking me intentionally? How would I determine that? I really need to be able to test my websites.

    Please advise.

    I’ve just tested the contact form here:

    My “white” test was passed and my “black” test was blocked as intended. Both of the tests are in your Anti-Spam Log here: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?int=week

    As was mentioned before, the errors occur only for blocked submission, as the form could not interpret the answer from the CleanTalk plugin.

    We will integrate the CleanTalk plugin later to make possible for Ninja Forms to understand what the CleanTalk sends to them.

    At the moment every “good” and “bad” submissions are being recorded in your Log regardless of errors.

    You can use these blacklisted e-mails to test the forms:
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    We will inform you when we make integration.

    Good day once again,

    So I just found the spam log in my CleanTalk dashboard and it appears that my IP is being blocked intentionally. I have clicked the “Not Spam” link and will wait to see what happens.

    Is there I can prevent this from happening again?

    When you click the lines “Spam” or “Not Spam” in your Log, the IP and e-mail of the record will be put in black or white list respectively.

    I presume the one the records with your credentials was marked as “Spam”, that’s why your IP was blacklisted. You already removed it, so your IP should be passed now. It’s possible to check any IP or e-mail here: https://cleantalk.org/blacklists

    You can check your personal black&white lists here anytime:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private

    Please note that it takes about 10-15 minutes for changes to be applied.
