Conflict with Page Builder Framework Premium Add-on

I have a strange issue where the WP Customiszer is not showing all the options which should be available, but only when the Woo Donations plugin is active alongside the Page Builder Framework Premium Add-on. If I deactivate the Page Builder Framework Premium Add-on and leave Woo Donations active, the WordPress Customiser shows all of the Customiser options as expected. If I deactivate Woo Donations and activate the Page Builder Framework Premium Add-on, the customizer works fine.
I tried adding the WP debugger, but it doesn’t output any errors.
Is this something anyone has encountered before?
I have also contacted Page Builder Framework support to see if they have encountered this before, but I also wanted to ask here in case this has cropped up before.
