Conflict with pages that use ajax

  • Hi, some pages on my website use ajax and I can’t disable it because the theme doesn’t allow it. These pages appear with black screen when I enable Preloader.

    I would like to know how I can solve this either by removing all ajax from my site or some other way in some preloader configuration.

    These pages only load normally if you refresh the page. But if you go to the home page and click on them from the menu, the screen goes black.

    For example, go to the home page: https://subclap.com and then click on “Perguntas Frequentes” or “FAQ”
