Conflict with permalinks

  • Plugin: Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit

    This plugin creates a conflict with the permalinks and all website URL’s become 404 not found except the homepage.

    Then I have to disable and enable the plugin to resolve the issue. This happens randomly and couldn’t even track it.

    can you suggest something to resolve this issue permanently?

    Hi @zohaibzobi , that’s a very strange issue, and not one anyone else has reported.

    Can you confirm that when the plugin is disabled this no longer happens, even randomly and disabled for several days? What I’m wondering about is whether reactivating our plugin is just flushing permalinks, so it’s fixing the problem but it’s not related to the cause.

    I would suggest testing more on a Staging site with the plugin disabled for a longer period to see if it still happens without the plugin, then on the live site, instead of deactivating/reactivating the Toolkit, try just resaving permalinks from the WordPress settings in /wp-admin/. My expectation is that it will and that this might not be related to the Toolkit.
