Conflict with POS for WooCommerce

Absolutely! Happy to share more details.

I’m supposed to be able to see more columns and an option to open the register on the back-end (https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuw8NvJ). This is how the POS hardware connects to the WooCommerce software. It’s a vital functionality.

However, when WPRM is active, the options aren’t available (https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gu2ojGZ).

We found this out just by trial and error, testing for conflicts. Is there any more information that would be helpful?

Could you try disabling “Load admin assets everywhere” on the WP Recipe Maker > Settings > Performance page? If that’s disabled, nothing WPRM related should be loading on that page and I would expect the problem to not occur.

I disabled that toggle (https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uApWKO). Unfortunately, the problem is still occurring.
