Since installing your plugin and building the header and the footer the client opted to get Elementor Pro. I am having an issue where neither the header nor the footer are displaying on the posts search page, despite every option I can think of being enabled to make that happen:

I thought maybe it would work if I used the built in Elementor Pro header footer builder, but a) I get this error when I try and open it:

Sorry, the content area was not found in your page.
You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.

If I disable Elementor Header & Footer Builder I do not get that error, so it appears to be some sort of conflict between the two. I can still get to the Pro header builder using what it calls “safe mode”, but I don’t know how that affects things. I thought perhaps I could just re-create the header in Pro, but unfortunately b) it looks like the Copy and Paste built into Elementor isn’t working between these two header types, so…

Is there a way to make the header and footer built with your plugin appear on those search/archive pages? If not, is there a way to copy over that template to the Pro one?

    Thank you.

    Hi @mvandemar,

I have no problem with the Search Result page when using a Header created using this plugin. Refer to this video, please. I also have Elementor Pro installed and activated on my dev site.

As for the error you get when having this plugin and Elementor Pro active, please try to flush the Permalink and see if it does the trick. You might also want to try increase the Memory Limit.

    I hope it will help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
