Conflict with Q2W3 Fixed Widget

I first installed Q2W3 Fixed widget and then Page Scroll to ID. The plugins work fine separately, but not when they are both activated.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I want my sidebar menu to be fixed as the user scrolls down the page.
