Hi, Firstly great work on the plugin & thank you in advance for your support.

Query 1- We installed the plugin & are facing an issue with the title & description not reflecting in SEO checker. In Our GA page tile is reflecting at (not set). My developer checked this in the stage environment & found that it’s an issue when we are enabling our SEO optimizer Rank Math. Any support you can provide regarding this? Do you want us to send you more information?

As of now we can see only one category which is Web Stories – https://www.shethepeople.tv/web-stories/

Is there any option in the plugin to create subcategories around this like – Health, Entertainment, News, etc? Let me know

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@hemant3005 Thanks for opening this topic and sharing your feedback! Can you share the specific story URL that you are having this issue with? In viewing this example story URL source code, I don’t see a description. Can you confirm the story description has been entered under the document panel inside the story editor?

Could you also provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

Is there any option in the plugin to create subcategories around this like – Health, Entertainment, News, etc? Let me know

We are already looking into this enhancement in this GitHub issue. Feel free to subscribe to that ticket for any updates on the matter.

Hi, Thank you for your help. We are checking the GitHub issue.

    Link to check – https://www.shethepeople.tv/web-stories/sanjana-ganesan-wiki-biography/
We published this 2 hrs back & it on google but the search console says Not in Sitemap.

This story is showing in our sitemap – https://www.shethepeople.tv/web-story-sitemap.xml

Is there any indexing issue from our plugin or Google?

The Title & Description issue that I had earlier mentioned – Slide 4 has the screenshot in which we have added the title & description but still not showing with SEO checker & source code.

Slide 5 shows the poster image issue inc which even if we upload a higher res image it does not accept it.

All Screenshots including the Site Health in the slides below:

    Thank you for the help.

@hemant3005 Can you fill the Site Health form using this private form (not just the screenshot)? We will continue to look into this as well.

@hemant3005 Apologies for the double post.

Slide 5 shows the poster image issue inc which even if we upload a higher res image it does not accept it.

Does this issue occur in an incognito window? Your image meets the recommendation so you can ignore this checklist warning.

From what I can see the story you shared here is a valid Web Stories (according to?https://search.google.com/test/amp?id=p3lZeApnjYhvcGYqXHMcug), so I don’t see any technical issue in the plugin or anything.

I notice the <meta name="description" content=" snippet is missing from the source code. If possible, could you also try disabling other plugins to see which is removing/disabling the code?

Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    – Please enable the Web Stories plugin only and let me know if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    – Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

Hi, Thank you for sharing the note. I am filling the form now.

For the Missing Meta we already followed the mentioned procedure, RankMath is the plugin that is actually disabling the Meta. When we disable the plugin, it shows us both the meta title & description.

Let me know if you have any suggestions for us regarding this.

@hemant3005 Since we are limited to Web Stories support, I suggest reaching out to that plugin’s support forum for advice on how to enable the metadata.

@hemant3005 We are going to close this topic. Please feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to experience any issues. Thank you!
