Hello, according to Rankmath support there is a conflict between Jetpack plugin and Rankmath sitemap generation for products. They said they can’t fix it because it is caused by Jetpack. When disabling Jetpack, everything is fine. Do you have a solution for this? We are happy about both Jetpack and Rankmath, so we prefer to keep both plugins.

Hi there. We’re not aware of any conflict, but since Jetpack also generates sitemaps, it’s possible there could be something conflicting. Have you tried disabling Jetpack’s Sitemaps module to see if that helps?

If you continue to have trouble, could you provide more details about the issue, and steps that we can take to reproduce it?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

We already disabled Jetpack Sitemap, but without any result.

The sitemaps for posts, pages, product-categories, local and video are generated as it should. The product sitemap is empty when jetpack is enabled. When we disable Jetpack, it works.

Customer service from Rankmath told us that they can’t fix it, because it is caused by Jetpack.

    Hi @dutchdoll,

I attempted to recreate the issue without any success. On my test site, I exclusively activated the Jetpack and Rankmath plugins. I used RankMath to generate the sitemaps, and everything functioned as expected. The product sitemap was accurately displayed at /product-sitemap.xml, even with the Jetpack sitemap feature still enabled.

You mentioned that, in your situation, disabling Jetpack results in the Rankmath-generated product sitemap appearing. Could you kindly inform me if the issue persists when you keep the Jetpack plugin active but only disable its Sitemap feature?

    Hi,

I tried disabling all Jetpack modules, including sitemap. The rankmath sitemap only works if Jetpack is completely disabled.

    Hi @dutchdoll

Thanks for testing again. As my colleague mentioned, with RankMath enabled, we don’t experience a conflict with Jetpack:

It seems that another plugin could be interfering here.

Please disable all plugins other than Jetpack and RankMath and test again. If it works as expected, you know the issue is with one of your plugins. Please enable your plugins one at a time, testing after each one, until you encounter the issue again. Once you do, you will know which plugin is causing the issue. At that point, you can either leave it disabled or reach out to the developers for a fix.
