Conflict with Recipe card and social sharing plugin

Hi, I have been using your recipe card plugin, and it’s great, thanks!
However, the other day, I installed this plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/) and noticed an issue. If you scroll down to the recipe card portion here on my site: https://olivesfordinner.com/2016/05/bang-bang-cauliflower.html, and look right under the recipe title, you’ll see that it’s inserting a link like “https://olivesfordinner.com/?post_type=recipe&p=2624Follow”
The link isn’t live; however, if you copy/paste it, it’s points to the card, with the follow buttons over the title, which I obviously don’t want. I think I understand what’s going on, just not sure how to fix it.
I first checked in with the authors of the social media plugin and they say it’s not coming from their plugin and to check with you. Any ideas of how to get that code removed from below the recipe card title?
