Conflict with Rename wp-login.php plugin

I installed 2FA and it worked great. Then I installed Rename wp-login.php and it broke. Rename has 100,000+ installs, a 5-star rating, and it’s recommended by Flywheel (hosting) for extra security. So I assume this is just a plugin conflict issue. Could it be resolved? I would love to have both layers of security in place on my client’s website.
