    Hi David

could you paste a link to your site please?

if it’s not a live site, can you paste the errors from Chrome Dev tools javascript console

    thank you

    Site is currently not live:

here is the error I am getting:

‘Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).mediaelementplayer is not a function’

    any ideas?

    Thanks,

    David

seems to be another plugin, ‘Live Composer’ that is conflicting, apologies!

Same issue still applies, any ideas as to how I can fix this?

    Thanks,

    David

not really, but that doesn’t seem part of this plugin

have you determined that the conflict is actually between the slider and the plugin? (i.e. deactivate all plugins, revert to default theme, reactivate one thing at the time until you find the conflict)

there have been instances where some conflict would appear between this plugin and plugins that use imagesloaded jquery plugin, sometimes prepacked in other libraries such as Masonry or Isotope

some of these are used in plugins and are outdated, but not sure if that’s the cause of the issues – anyway not sure if that’s the case here

ah sorry, I replied to you in the meanwhile

well thanks for letting me know anyway, and for using this plugin

    cheers
