Conflict with rtMedia

Hi,
Apologies for posting, as I am convinced the problem is with the rtMedia plugin, but they are insisting that the problem is Blocksy. The thread on their support forum is here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/media-tab-pages-not-respecting-template-since-php-8-1-update/#post-16251533.

This appears to be a similar problem that I had over a year ago with another plugin (Classified Listing, thread here), which you kindly fixed despite it being the plugin at fault; essentially the sidebar won’t appear on the pages generated by rtMedia EXCEPT when using their shortcodes, which I have attempted to use but have not yet been able to replicate the relevant pages entirely. This is complicated because it involves Buddypress as well, but here is both a videocast of what was happening and a screenshot of what I have been able to do now where the sidebar can be seen. I am putting a link to this thread in rtMedia’s support forum as well and I hope that they will realise that they are the ones that should be talking to you as I can’t shed any light on the code that might be causing this. Unfortunately if you need to look at my site there is a particular process I will have to send to you outside of this support forum, but rtMedia have tested their plugin with Blocksy (and Buddypress) and found the same issue I am facing but insist I raise it with you. I just want it fixed so if you are able to assist in any way I will be very grateful.
