Conflict with Salient WP theme

There seems to be a conflict between Contact 7 and the Salient WPBakery Page Builder plugin (one of a series of plugins installed for users of Salient WP theme).

It causes a problem when duplicating a form: the ID of the new form remains the same as the original form, meaning that when you save the altered and renamed duplicate it overwrites the original.

I experienced this on a site I help manage (Salient wasn’t my choice… ).

I went through all the other plugins on the site. Disabling the WPBakery Page Builder plugin made the problem go away. Sadly, it’s impossible to edit the site without this plugin, so the only workaround is to remember to disable it whenever I need to duplicate a form (not often).
