Conflict with SearchWP

When I install and activate the SearchWP plugin I get the following error:
SearchWP has detected a potential action/filter conflict with the_posts caused by an active plugin or the active theme.
The issue is to do with:
detect_ngg_tag (method) in C_Taxonomy_Controller (class)
Any ideas?
