Conflict with shortcodes (after switching to https?)

Hello,
I’ve been plagiarized from the texts of several pages of my website. So I installed and activated your plugin recently. But I notice a blocking of my pages containing shortcodes: this concerns the guestbook page (generated with the Gwolle Guestbook plugin) and the Photo Albums page generated with the Slideshow Jquery plugin.
Yesterday, I spent my site in HTTPS protocol. Maybe it’s related, I did not check if it worked before in HTTP.
In any case, no doubt, it’s your plugin that causes this bug display. I’ve disabled it for now. A solution idea?
