Conflict with Shortpixel CDN

I don’t see the shortpixel CDN (cdn.shortpixel.ai/client) anywhere in the (home)page’s HTML source lorey80, all images are served from the own domain so I don’t see how this would still consume credits ..

Yes, there I see one image that is shortpixeled, but I also see it when Autoptimize is disabled (which can be done by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL), so either the shortpixel URL was entered as such OR something (A3 lazyload/ herald, … something else) is caching the shortpixeled URL?
