Conflict with "Show Support" plugin

Hello, I am building a charitable organization site and am attempting to use the “Show Support Ribbon” button along with Jetpack sharing. Everything works fantastic together except for the email share. The form doesn’t slide out. I was wondering if you could take a look at the Show Support Ribbon code and see if there is something that is conflicting with Jetpacks email share button, and if so, figure out a quick fix. Much obliged. Maybe something to do with JQuery? Here’s the code:
