Conflict with some plugins in Theme Customizer
-
Hello, Im contacting you again because im having an issue in a Web site where i have installed Awesome Support plugin. After a lot of hours testing disabling / enabling plugins and checking the theme customizer i found an issue with Awesome Support and other plugins that are involved.
To confirm the issue I have created a subdomain site with a clean wordpress and plugins installation.
The plugins that are having conflicts are:
AJAX Login and Registration modal popup DEV + inline form
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ajax-login-and-registration-modal-popup/AJAX Login and Registration modal popup – PRO
https://maxim-kaminsky.com/shop/product/ajax-login-and-registration-modal-popup-pro/Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin
https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/awesome-support/WOO Product Grid/List Design
https://codecanyon.net/item/woo-product-gridlist-design-responsive-products-showcase-extension-for-woocommerce/23167226Product Alerts for WooCommerce
https://codecanyon.net/item/product-alerts-for-woocommerce/7301935I found that if i have all of these plugins installed and active at the same time the Customizer Theme stop working and many console errors appears.
I can confirm that if i disable Product Alerts for WooCommerce the issue dissappears and the other plugins works fine including Awesome Support plugin, also the Theme Customizer, re enabling Product Alerts for WooCommerce the issue reappears.
I have recorded a short video for you so you can see the issue:

I`am sorry to hear you have experienced another issue but I am certainly happy to take a look and try to fix it. At first glance It would appear that the problem is once again with the color picker. However, I cannot determine how it is related to my plugin. There are three errors there when I logged in, but <strong>one belonged to Awesome Support plugin</strong>. I disabled all plugins but this one and WooCommerce and there were still two errors. It’s odd because I don’t have this problem on my own site, and of course your test site is quite lean.
I did find that the updated version I gave you was not on this site but changing it did not correct the problem. To further add to the confusion, changing themes seems to be an issue. The errors change depending on what theme I am running, with no errors under the Twenty Nineteen theme.
Unfortunately I have been looking over this for an hour now with no success. I am not sure what is so different about your site versus mine. I will continue to look around again soon and maybe something will pop out then.
<strong>Just a side note: Your ‘Awesome Support’ plugin also has a color picker loading. If I disable the Product Alerts plugin, indeed the customizer loads again. However, there are numerous warnings from Awesome Support about outdated function calls. Just a heads up as eventually when these functions are removed it will cause problems.</strong>`
Could you please help me with this? I can give you admin access to my test site. Just tell me where can i send you the access credentials.
Thank you!
