Conflict with Stripe for Woocommerce

Booster for Woocommerce conflicts with Woothemes Stripe plugin. I tested it on a clean install, with default wp theme and only woocommerce installed. When payment through stripe gateway is selected on checkout page, all prices, shipping costs and the cart total are set to zero and customers can checkout for free.
