conflict with subscribe2 plugin

The plugin Publish to Schedule and the plugin subscribe2
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/subscribe2/
are conflicting:
Emails to the subscribing list are sent out twice! Once the Publish to Schedule is deactivated, subscribe2 works as it should.
