Conflict with TCBD Popover plugin

You’re plugin is exactly what I need, and is great to use, so thank you. I have discovered an after installing Visual Slide Box Builder it’s conflicting with TCBD Popover plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tcbd-popover/) which I have in active use. The popovers are still appearing, but they won’t hide when you hover-off and the display box is stretching into the header area. I’ve included a link to demonstrate the issue, but I’ve had to deactivate VSBB to keep site functioning correctly. The link provided is to unrelated site:
