Conflict with Themify Ultra Builder ?

Thanks for a brilliant plugin. When I activate it, I cannot access the builder function of the Themify Ultra theme I am using. There is a getaround. Simply de-activate the plugin > use the builder function to edit/add to the site and then > re-activate the plugin, but that may create unseen problems ?

Might there be a simple fix?
