Conflict with Thrive Apprentice

  • There seems to be a conflict between Lucky WP TOC and Thrive Apprentice. If I do NOT have Lucky WP TOC enabled, my Thrive apprentice pages load fine. If I enable the plugin, I get the following error:

    “There has been a critical error on your website.”

    If I disable Lucky WP TOC again, my pages again load fine.

    All my plugins and themes are up to date.

    I’m on a multi-site install, this is one of the subsites. (I have not tested the other subsites because none of them are using Thrive Apprentice,)

    I have configured Lucky WP TOC to only show on posts, not on pages or any other page type.

    Can you show on your hosting error.log ? I need view error details for search solution.

    When I look at my server logs I don’t see any error. I have tried several different tacks on this, including enabling debugging on my WP install. Can you recommend a good plugin for getting debug information?

    OK, I had more success. Here is the error I get in my error.log when the issue occurs.

    I think the last line is the error that’s causing the “critical error” message.

    Hm.. in this log not have critical errors. Try open page with error, and then view logs.
