    Hi:

Are you using the premium version of free version of toolset?

And is this a new installation of toolset or is it an upgraded version (i.e.: it was working before and now it doesnt?)

    Thanks.

Also, if you are using the premium version of TOOLSET can you let me know which add-ons you have activated? As far as we can tell both the free and premium version of toolset works but we don’t have any of the add-ons activated.

    Thanks.

    Hi.
I am using the premium version.
    It is a new installation.
    Add-ons: Toolset Access.

If I activate it, in the admin user or in the agent support, it does not show me the created ticks or the possibility of adding one manually.

    Hi:

What happens if you disable toolset access? Can you add tickets then?

    Thanks.

Toolset access is a permissions plugin so you might have to mess with the permissions for the TICKETS post type. You might need to contact Toolset tech support to help you figure out what permissions you need to set on that post type since its not a plugin we have a lot of experience with.

    Hi!
When it is disabled, I can see or create ticket.

The addon does not take control of the privileges of users with the custom post type Tickets

    Hi:

Well, its doing something to permissions that is preventing you from using the Tickets Post type. So either something on that screen is wrong or something is missing. It would be a good idea to check with with the Toolset folks to see what that could be.

    Thanks.

    Hi @ebaru,

Just checking in on old threads which didn’t have a final confirmation. It appears that all was resolved. I’ll mark this thread as resolved and if you need anything else, please let us know.
