Conflict with Transdirect shipping plugin

We are using two plugins for shipping. One is Australian Post and another is Transdirect,https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/transdirect-shipping/

If we disable transdirect plugin, then australian post is working fine. But when transdirect plugin is activated, it is not working properly. In the cart page,it is working fine, shipping cost is added to product cost. But when we checkout, the shipping price does not appear in the total price and in the shipping option australian post also disappears.

Could you please help me on this?
