Conflict with Ultimate Member

We use the plugin Ultimate Member to maintain membership records. We recently found that one of the custom fields created in that plugin is randomly losing data. At about the same time we found that an additional section in the WordPress>Users>Edit profile screen appeared. This was called Extra Profile Information. We have conducted a conflict test and found that deactivating your plugin removes this extra section. I do not know yet whether this resolves the issue of losing data from the custom field. The data in the field are stored as an array, as it is a radio button. I thought you should know about this issue, and any advice would be welcomed.
