@troglos – Can you elaborate on where you get this issue? Are you editing a popup or post etc, are you replacing a shortcode or editing a popup trigger etc.

Also if possible for me to see the issue first hand can you send temporary admin credentials to support at wppopupmaker.com in which case I can get a fix out quickly.

It happens while editing a popup.
I am still working on a local MAMP, so I can’t share the link.
    But here’s a screenshot: https://imgur.com/58D5WrS

@troglos – In your case its not the same issue. Yours simply means a JS error occured preventing that code from being rendered. The <%= PUMTriggers.getSettingsDesc(type, trigger_settings) %> is a JS template that would render some text there normally. But after a JS error no other JS runs, meaning it never happens.

Other people can’t get pages to load due to something different. If you open your browser console (F12 -> Console Tab) then refresh you should see an error there with more info.

    Hope that helps.

@troglos – This should be fully resolved in v1.4.8. I am closing this ticket. If you see any further issue with this, let me know.

Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support once you have updated to the latest version.
