conflict with ultimate member

  • Hi,

    At the site we use mailpoet 3 and ultimate member.

    If a user first register by ultimate member and than register to the newslettter everyting is working fine.

    BUT if a user first register to the newsletter. Mails are sent and user is subscribed and confirmed. BUT if the same user now register by ultimate member the status is changing back to not confirmed. The list is still there, but the user does not get any newsleter.

    How to solve this?

    Do you have any other plugins activated that interact with Ultimate Member in any way?

    Can you also clarify that before the user registers with Ultimate Member, they aren’t part of the WordPress site at all with any other user role?

    Hi,

    No other plugins interact with ultimate member.

    We can reproduce the problem over and over again.
    The new users are not know anayway. Also not as wordpress user (editor or otherways)

    If the registstation ia by Mailpoet and than by ultimate member, the status is changing back to not confirmed.
    First ultimate member and than mailpoet everything doing well.

    So simple.
