Conflict with Vantage Premium Theme and All-In-One Calendar Plugin by Time.ly
-
I am running WP 3.8 with the Vantage Premium Theme (https://siteorigin.com/theme/vantage/). Let me be clear this isn’t a problem with the theme so much as it is a problem with a plugin but I am not getting anywhere with the plugin forums so I thought I would give it a go here.
I am building a website that I would like to implement the “All in One Timely Calendar” Plugin into but I am having major formatting issues. I have made the page viewable at https://www.songwritersolutions.com/events. This is one of the most popular calendar plugins so hopefully someone will have had experience with this plugin and this theme. If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears. I have already checked to make sure there it is not a problem with another plugin. I have also tried clicking all of the various advanced setting options (skip in_the_loop, disable gzip, etc) to no avail.
Also I am noticing that under individual event entries, I cannot change the page attributes. Meaning I cannot make the page default to one column thus eliminating the “Recent Comments” and “Meta” sidebar as seen here https://songwritersolutions.com/ai1ec_event/nsai-winston-salem-writers-circle/. Also the formatting is wrong on these individual event entries as well.
Hopefully this is a simple fix because I really like the idea of the calendar and I love the easy use of the theme. If I can get these two things to play nice with each other I will have a winning combination. If this appears to be a problem that is to difficult to fix for a newbie (which I am), then I am open to suggestions of great calendar plugins that work well with this theme. Thanks.
