    Hello,
I am running the Jupiter theme which utilizes Visual Composer. There seems to be a conflict when I use VC in the content body of pop ups created with Pop Up Maker.

Pop ups that do not have VC work perfectly, however, if there is any VC shortcodes in the pop-ups they do not work.

Is there a known conflict with either the Jupiter theme, Visual Composer, or a combination of the two?

    Thanks for the great plugin!

Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.

Is it just that nothing shows up when you use a shortcode or are you getting some kind of error in your console of the browser (f12)?

Would you mind setting up a popup on a test page where we could view this issue?

    Thank you for being patient.

    Hello,

I’m not getting any errors. The VC content actually is showing up at the bottom of the page, regardless if I click the image associated with the pop up.

The problem is occurring @ https://myfrontlineco.com/what-we-do/

And the image linked is the ‘Top 10 Reasons to Partner with Frontlin Co’ towards the middle of the page.

The name and title of the pop up display on click (desired action), but the content gets pushed to the bottom of the page

Thanks for the extra details, very helpful.

We have had some recent reports of this issue, but I’m not sure if they’re related or not. I am tracking them, however.

I’ll have our Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as possible and offer his advice.

    Thank you for being patient.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I’ll be looking to hear from @danieliser

@hubcitymobile – It may be minification issues. Usually with ordering of the stylesheets. In v1.5 now in beta I added an easy way to copy the core & custom theme styles to your own stylesheet and then disable them from loading.

    Hope that helps.

    @hubcitymobile

Just for clarification, you can do the above by going to Popup Maker -> Settings -> Assets tab. There you will see options to disable the core stylesheet, custom theme styles & google fonts. Disable them.

Just below is a button that displays the core stylesheet and custom theme css. Copy/paste it to your own stylesheets.

    Hope that helps!
