I just installed the premium version of DAS onto a site using W3 Total Cache.

When you click “edit post” from the design approval screen, you go to the listing – when you click on “add media” on that listing, the screen darkens, a popup shows up that you can’t click on and php code errors show to the left.

Additionally, I have a problem adding media within comments too. A media button shows within the comment popup, but when you click it, the screen goes black and nothing happens.

After turning some plugins on and off, I found that the conflict is with W3 Total Cache. W3 has over 1 million installs, so this isn’t a “fringe” plugin for DAS to be clashing with. Any ideas 1. what the issue is and 2. when it will be fixed? I really want to use DAS.

Note – Excluding the /project-manager/ and /designs/ folders from being cached by W3 did not fix the problem.

I will be looking into issues today. Usually these things boil down to a theme or plugin conflict. Additionally all premium questions or concerns should be directed to our ticket system so we can better assist ?? I’ll be in touch with the ticket you created already.

To any other who view this, the issue has been resolved, das does work with W3 cache you just have to add the option to omit our custom post type page /designs/

@sugarrae Give the new update a try too and let me know what you think about the new shortcode options to format the email ??
