Conflict with Weglot

    Hello we just setup a multilang page with weglot. When we realized css and js animations not working anymore. After deactivating some plugins we found out its our so loves complianze plugin. Can you clear this conflit?

    Hi @wemakefuture,

    This is probably caused by a script that is blocked by the cookieblocker. In some cases these third party scripts are mixed with the “normal” animations scripts etc.

    Can you try if the issue goes away if you disable the cookie blocker in complianz/settings?

    If that helps, you can enable the cookie blocker, and disable the integrations one by one in complianz/integrations. If you use recaptcha, this might be a good place to start.

    It didn’t help, deleted caches and deactived/removed plugins and dead end is: With compliance, site is not useable ??

    sadly after 1,5 years I activate an other cookie plugin. (put 2 hours of work on it)

    We’ve investigated the issue, and found no issues with weglot.

    I see you use a different cookie banner, which prevents us from investigating the issue.

    We can of course resolve it, but we need to be able to reproduce it to find the cause.

    If you have more specific info how to reproduce it we can resolve the issue.

    Thanks Rogier yeah needed to activate something. I will launch a test page where I restore the configuration again. I think (as developer too) it’s important to understand the issue.

    @wemakefuture as we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue, I’ll close this for now. If you have specific settings which enables us to reproduce it, we can re-open this thread to resolve it.
