Conflict with WooCommerce

    I have been using this plugin, with zero issues, for over a year. Lately, I noticed I was unable to access the WooCommerce Orders and Settings pages. After troubleshooting, I noticed that when I deactivate the Flex Shipping plugin, all my issues go away. Not sure if this has something to do with the latest WooCommerce update, but it is a problem.

    Hi @palealejandro,

    I’m afraid that the error from the browser’s console you have pasted above has nothing to do with the issue you have encountered. Could you please check if there are any errors saved in the WooCommerce logs at WooCommerce → Status → Logs with the date close to the one when the problem started to occur?

    I faced the same problem. With the plugin active, I got a 504 error in the browser, but there are not information about the error.

    This is happening loading Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings page.

    In the WooCommerce > Status > Logs, I got the following entries:

    I’ve got the same problems. Admin pages: orders and settings are loading and don’t show anything.
    I tried roll back to version 4.13.2, 4.13.1, 4.13.0, 4.12.0 from newest and nothing changed

    I found that Flexible Shipping and WP Rocket in 3.12.x.x version caused the problem when they activated together. In version of WP Rocket 3.11.5 website works fine.

    That’s interesting. Perhaps, we should open also a support ticket with WP Rocket.

    Aaaahhh, now we’re getting somewhere, I too have WP Rocket, and recently updated that plugin. Didn’t think that was the culprit. Good sleuthing.

    May I kindly ask you Jason (@palealejandro) and ev0llution (@ev0llution) to confirm if you see the issue with the WP Rocket 3.11.5?

    Since WP Rocket is a premium plugin, we don’t have a way to test it on our side. Yet, it’s still important for us to monitor such situations.

    Thanks to everyone contributing.

    I rolled back to WPRocket 3.11.5, and the issue has subsided. There is definitely a conflict specifically with WPRocket 3.12.

    To add to this discussion. I experience this issue as well but only after I switched to PHP8.0. On PHP 7.4 the two plugins do not have a conflict.
