• Hi,

After several messages with the woocommerce support (thx for their patience) we have identified a conflict between WP-Members and woocommerce.

Indeed, some products recently added (not the last) are missing on the shop page whereas they are on the backend.

Are you aware of this conflict? Is there a setting or an older version that grant access for my customers to all products ?

    Kind regards

Are you certain that the issue is WP-Members?

WP-Members does not handle the WooCommerce “Products” custom post type by default. It is only handled if you specifically set WP-Members to recognize “Products” (in the WP-Members main options).

If you set WP-Members to recognize the “Products” post type, then you would have the ability to set products as “hidden” (block/unblock settings actually have no affect on the general WC product post type due to WooCommerce running its own “loop” outside the WordPress Loop).

If were to set up as above, and set a product as “hidden,” then it would only show to logged in users. This would not be a conflict, since it would be intentional.

Other than that, I do not know of any possibilities that would result in what you have described, and that behavior has not been reproduced in development.
