Conflict with WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments

I’m using WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments to restrict the sale and shipping of alcohol to states we are not licensed in. I noticed that when I had your plugin active, the restrictions would not work. Once I deactivated it, the restrictions worked again. Do you have any insight on how to resolve this conflict?
