Conflict with WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules plugin

If I update “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules” 2.0.9 to 2.2+ then the tax calculation of Smart COD is wrong. I mean the tax is not added to the net value.
There are a lot of tax calculation problems related to Smart COD in recent times e.g. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-select-tax-class-on-fee-tax-calculation/According to the last update of Smart COD it seems like an abandonware.
