conflict with WooCommerce maxmind database file source

Hi, I use WooCommerce on my website but no maxmind setup has been done in WooCommerce but after installing this plugin & when I tried to update maxmind database I am getting this error > Warning: These Maxmind files were loaded from other plugins:
– /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/maxmind-db/reader/src/MaxMind/Db/Reader.php (different version)
(This can result in errors.)

So, I checked the file in cPanel, and I can see this > /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/maxmind-db/reader/src/MaxMind/Db/Reader.php file there… Do i need to delete it?

Database file: wp-content/uploads/GeoLite2-City.mmdb (is there)

or there any solution for this issue?
