Postmark conflict with WooCommerce PDF generator

If postmark is active along with any WooCommerce plugin that generates an order/invoice PDF, on the checkout page when hitting make payment, you get a ‘Internal Server Error’ message and you can not submit the order. I’ve tried a number pf different pdf plugins but they are all impacted in the same way when postmark is active.

I’ve also attempted this with various themes including 2017 and always get the same error. When postmark in inactive there isn’t an issue.
