    Hi,

the mentioned WooCommerce Product Search plugin has a product filter block, which can help to filter the search results or the product listing with the selected options.

Unfortunately when FiboSearch is activated or used by the search engine, the filters are not working, the products list is not changing by selecting any filters. With the normal search engine it is working properly.

I just “disabled” FiboSearch results with your recommended JS trick, to remove the “dgwt_wcas=1” parameter from the url, so now the filters are working.

But I want to report it as a bug, as a conflict with that plugin, so you can check and maybe fix it to let me use the FiboSearch results on my client’s website.

    This is the plugin:

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @surbma

WooCommerce Product Search is not compatible with FiboSearch. So filtration won’t work. We do not plan to integrate with it. It’s just a different search engine.

If you delete the parameter dgwt_wcas=1 from the URL you won’t get FiboSearch search results. Instead of that, you will get default WordPress or another plugin result. So the filtration will start working then.

Please consider using another filtration plugin that is compatible with FiboSearch: https://fibosearch.com/documentation/plugins-integrations/compatible-filter-plugins/

    Regards,
    Kris
