    Hello SG Optimizer team!

I’m here to report a problem I have encountered that seems to be caused by this plugin. I am using the latest versions on all of the following:
    Woocommerce
Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin by Prospress Inc.
Woocommerce SecureSubmit payment gateway by SecureSubmit
    Storefront Theme by Automattic

Normally, when I manually trigger a subscription renewal, a new Woocommerce order is created and charged. Unfortunately, when the SG Optimizer v4.0.7 plugin is active, the order is created but payment does not process so it is give the status “Pending Payment.” If I select “retry renewal payment” within the order options, the payment is successfully processed but the status is changed from on hold to processing hundreds of times. Each time it is changed to processing, I and the customer receive and email. We’re receiving hundreds of notification emails when this happens.

I have to manually trigger a renewal very infrequently so I will just disable SG Optimizer when I have do, but I thought you should be aware so you can hopefully find a fix.

    Thanks!

I would recommend that you add your payment and all custom check-out pages to the exclude list of our cache. That should do the trick. Note, that we do not cache for logged in users, so if you notice the same behaviour while logged, it’s something else.

    Thanks for the reply @hristo-sg!

Our cart, checkout, and user account pages are on the exclude list. The problem only appears to occur when the renewal action is triggered by a logged in administrator from the subscription management section in wp-admin. Apologies if I didn’t make that clear.

Oyr Dynamic caching does not cache anything for logged in users or the backend. Check if you have Memcached enabled and disable it if so. Otherwise, there should be no corelation between our plugin and the issues you’re experiencing.

Disabling Memcached solved the problem. Thank you for your help! Hopefully having Memcached disabled doesn’t impact site speed too much.

If the Dynamic caching is doing its job, your users won’t notice any difference since it works mostly for queries, used in the backend ??
