I’ve had multiple plug ins cause issues with the cross sell & upsell feature of woocommerce but now I need to fix it and can’t avoid it.

For this example alone- I installed the pixel for woocommerce plug in and it makes the cross sell & upsell listing go huge and off the screen. Especially the listing picture, even on desktop 2 pictures take the entire screen and some is off the screen.
Coding and other information that shouldnt be displayed is also at the bottom.

Google techs recommended this plug in for accurate ecom tracking so i need to fix it now.

I also noticed lots of other plug ins in the past i tried to use would cause the same issue such as a carousel plug in that changes the cross sell into a carousel style that rotates the offers.

I have screen shots but if you go to the site listed it will be obvious what’s happening. It goes back to normal when the plug in is uninstalled but does it for many plug ins including other conversion tracking plug ins.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @swankypaws,

I checked your site and confirmed the issue. The cross-sell section’s layout looks weird. I can also see our scripts displayed on the front-end. See – https://share.getcloudapp.com/lluddEpm.

I tried checking this on your test site but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. See – https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLu55K9R.

It seems your theme is not rendering our scripts properly. That’s why you’re seeing it in the front-end. You can confirm this by keeping our plugin active and switching to a Storefront Theme (WooCommerce Default Theme).

With that said, could you reach out to the developers of your theme and raise this issue?

Let me know if they’ll need help from our team.

    Regards,
    Kenneth

    Hi @swankypaws

    Sorry for the confusion.

I checked your site further. I also noticed that you’re using Elementor as your page builder.

We have an existing issue with Elementor where it doesn’t render our scripts properly. That’s why the scripts are being seen on your page.

This is an issue that can only be fixed by the developers of Elementor. But luckily, there’s a workaround for this.

You can replace the Elementor Related Products Widget with this shortcode – [related_products limit=”X”]

And the Elementor Upsell Products Widget with this code – https://gist.github.com/bekarice/a3305c18d32b4de9d8b7.

You can find out more about this here.

Could you try this and see if this will fix your issue?

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Kenneth
