Since the recent update, it appears that there is a conflict between your plugin and the popular “wp-bakery” plugin. As a result, certain elements cannot be added in the front-end mode.

Here you can see the demo screenrecording i did: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ovW6LOat7A7CliR6VEDVlblEOxfnOwIk/view

as you can see, there is a conflict between your plugin and the Wp-Bakery Page Stylizer Editor. Whenever your plugin is activated, the Editor fails to function properly. However, as soon as I deactivate your plugin, the Editor starts working again without any issue.

I kindly request that you update your plugin to address this conflict and resolve the issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Thank you for reporting this @tobilotta.

WPBakery is a premium plugin I would have to pay for to test. That “try” demo you linked to does not allow me to install Protected Video to look for conflicts between the two.

Are you sure this issue started when you upgraded from plugin version 1.7.22 to 1.8.0?

Are there any errors in the Console? It would be useful if you had Dev Tools open with the console visible, and make the same screen recording as before.

That looks like the “Network” tab, I need to see the errors in the “Console” tab.

Feel free to email me via my personal site, I may have time to login to your site and take a look at this soon.

I’m still eagerly anticipating your response regarding the conflict with WP Bakery. As someone who has been using WP Bakery for quite some time, it’ blocks me to move on do to the issue of the protected video plugin. I’m in need of your prompt assistance. Thank you in advance for your help!

I have confirmed with @jenomal that plugin version 1.8.1 fixes this issue.
