• Hello Support,

    I have a conflict between the two plugins. (I’ve had before but I
    did not know).

    WordPress v3.9.1
    EBS v4.3.2

    My WP eStore plugin (shopping cart) does not store items when the EBS
    plugin is activated. When the EBS disabled – everything is fine.

    Initially, both the plugin worked well together. Then I forgot about
    it and did not check.

    I deactivated and activated one by one plugin. The problem with Easy
    Bootstrap shortcodes.

    Now I’m on my local server (XAMPP) install an older version of EBS
    I’ve downloaded from the developer page of www.ads-software.com. Then I
    discovered the following:

    The latest version that works well is v3.4.0 (2014-03-27).
    Version v3.6.0 (and newer) is no longer working.

    Hi,

    Can you please paste here the error message you are getting? As we have checked the WP eStroe plugin is paid one. So not able to check that.

    We got your mail about login details, but this is your live site so we have not done anything debugging on the site.

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    I do not get any error message. When you click on the button “Add To Cart” nothing happens. The card remains empty. When I deactivate the EBS v4.3.2 then Shopping Card works well.

    In the meantime, I made a full backup and put the site in maintenance mode.

    From your last reply here, I did notice logging into the website.

    Support does not work. No one has contacted me. It is very irresponsible.

    Until now it’s been 12 days.

    I’d like to know if i can soon expect a solution to the problem? Or if you can not (or do not want) to solve the problem? Please let me know.

    Do I need to wait or should I begin to look for a replacement plugin?
