We’ve been experiencing a plugin conflict for the last few weeks with this plugin and the WP Media Folder plugin by joomunited.

When attempting to upload new media to replace an existing file, after the file has been selected the ‘Upload’ button remains inactive/greyed out and there is a specific error in the console that is occurring.

We have established that is is a conflict with the WP Media Library folder as the media replace functions when WP Media Folder has been deactivated, however this is not a practical solution long term.

Please let me know what info you need in order to investigate further.

    Hi @martinjstephens!

Would it be possible to have a temporary admin access so we can take a look and see what’s going on?

You can send us the data via this contact form, and make sure you mention this ticket ??

    Thanks!

    Hi @martinjstephens,

It looks like there is an issue with WP Media Folder. Please contact them and let them know that in /wp-content/plugins/wp-media-folder/assets/js/script.js?ver=3.0.4 on around line 1542, the script is expecting a wp.media.view.SelectModeToggleButton object present. This is not there, because it’s our screen, so they should either not load that script, or have a check / regression for it.

    Best,
