    The plugin has a conflict with wpdiscuz, specifically the comment voting mechanism.

    thanks for your message.
    Currently, this plugin is working with all current versions of WordPress – this is why it wasn’t updated the last time.

    Because of your problem:
    This plugin isn’t generating any IPs or something. It only blocks that the IP is stored in the database when someone’s commenting.
    I’m pretty sure this plugin hasn’t anything to do with your issue – could you please just disable this plugin and try if the issue still persists?
