Conflict with WPDiscuz

  • I can see that the plugin author is not updating it anymore, but maybe he will take a look.

    The plugin has a conflict with wpdiscuz, specifically the comment voting mechanism.

    For some reason, it generates new IP all the time and therefore blocks voting for a given comment. More https://www.screencast.com/t/IF8u0XKeURiE

    thanks for your message.
    Currently, this plugin is working with all current versions of WordPress – this is why it wasn’t updated the last time.

    Because of your problem:
    This plugin isn’t generating any IPs or something. It only blocks that the IP is stored in the database when someone’s commenting.
    I’m pretty sure this plugin hasn’t anything to do with your issue – could you please just disable this plugin and try if the issue still persists?
